Who wouldn’t want to add a beautiful ruffle?

Toddler Halter Top with Ruffle Edge
So, I started off needing an emergency Halter Top for a toddler which I made in half double crochet because for me that is the fastest stitch.  But then I decided why not add a little ruffle.  Just because I needed a couple emergency shirts doesn’t mean I can’t add to it.  So, here we go again.  If you can crochet during nap time, you can make this little halter top with a ruffle edge.
