Mushroom Moon Herbology Bag
Gauge
- 11 stitches in 4 inches
- 7 rows in 4 inches
- Finished size 7 inches by 7.5 inches
Materials:
- Worsted weight yarn any colors. I used red heart super saver in white, red, brown, and cream. This would also look great with a moon and mushroom dots in glow in the dark yarn.
- 5.00 mm crochet hook
- Hook conversion chart
- Scissors
- Yarn needle
Stitches:
MC = Magic circle
SC = single crochet; insert your hook into the loop, yarn over and pull up a loop, yarn over and pull through both loops.
Hdc = half double crochet; yarn over and insert your hook into the stitch, yarn over and pull up a loop, (you have 3 loops on your hook- like a double crochet) yarn over and pull through all 3 at once.
DC = Double Crochet: yarn over and insert your hook into the stitch, yarn over and pull up a loop, yarn over and pull through the first 2 loops, yarn over and pull through the last 2 loops
ss = slip stitch; insert your hook into the stitch, yarn over and pull through the stitch and the loop all at once
Dec = decrease; single crochet two stitches together. sc2tog, insert your hook into the stitch, yarn over pull up a loop, insert your stitch into the next stitch, yarn over and pull up a loop, yarn over and pull through all three loops. This combines two stitches into one.
