crochet cup sleeve worked flat with a flower appliqueIf you want your cup cozy to have a different applique, here is a post with a few different hearts on it.  Now leave a long tail on your flower applique and stitch the flower onto middle of the flat cup sleeve.
Stitch up the sides of the cup sleeve with the tail that you left on it.  Weave in your ends and you are done.  If you got the pattern from Etsy with the Cup printout– print it out now and cut it out and put your cup sleeve on the cup printout and give it to a friend.
