This Coffee Cup Sleeve is a waffle stitch design. Which is fairly simple and like most of my patterns it is worked flat and then stitched up on the side.
This will be a fun way to get used to using the waffle stitch pattern before you try it out on a blanket or even as a dishcloth.
Try not to think of waffles while you are crocheting it. It’s a pretty easy stitch but you have to remember that each row is the opposite stitch from the row that you just worked. So if you worked a dc, the next row you will make a fpdc in the top of that one. and if it was a fpdc, then you are working a dc into the top of it. Good luck and I’d love to see your finished Cuppa Cuddlers.

I’ve been working on some more of these printable gift labels or product labels. But the one that is included with this pattern is the one shown above. The art on the printout was made by my daughter and is the property of crochetanyway.com.
